What course types are available and how do they differ?

Remote (Instructor-led)

  • Live instructor - YES

Traditional Classroom

* In the case of Remote courses, you will need a computer to video-conference with the trainer. The training environment and software will be provided by NobleProg.

Guaranteed vs Standby

Guaranteed

  • The participants who booked the course are guaranteed that the course will not be canceled by NobleProg.
  • The course will be organized even for one participant.

Standby

  • We organize the course provided enough people (quorum) have booked, if not, we will try to organize it at a later date.
  • Guaranteed Type (regular) purchaser can purchase all (or some) remaining available seat(s) at the last moment (even after standby purchaser's transaction) and reduce available seat count to fewer than the number in your Standby transaction.
  • Because you will receive confirmation within last week before the course, it is not required that you attend the course event. It is OK to opt for next available date(s).
  • There is no guaranteed that the course will run on this or even later date. 

Participants and Trainer Location (Classroom vs Remote)

Traditional classroom

The instructor and the participants are in the same physical location (classroom provided by NobleProg).

Remote (instructor-led)

The instructor and the participants are in two different physical locations and communicate via Internet.

Bootcamp

An intensive version of a daytime course which lasts from 10 to 14 hours a day.

Public vs Private

Private (Closed)

  • Participants are from one organization only.
  • No external participants are allowed.
  • Usually, customized to a specific group, course topics are agreed between the client and the trainer.

Public (Open)

  • Participants from multiple organisations.
  • The curriculum usually cannot be customized.

How to register a person for Public Training?

  1. Browse our Course Catalogue, to find a suitable course (or fill the Course Date Request form).
  2. Make sure you fill out and submit the booking form (by doing so, you accept our Terms and Conditions).
  3. The payment for the course has to be done upfront.
  4. Before the course, you will receive our joining instructions containing all necessary details.

How to proceed with On-Site, Closed or Individual Training courses?

  1. Please complete and send us the Quotation form.
  2. Once we receive the quotation form, we will prepare a quote and contact you to discuss your needs in more detail.
  3. If you accept the quote, just fill out the booking form to complete registration (doing so, you accept our Terms and Conditions).
  4. The payment should be completed according to the terms of your agreement with us (if you want to pay after the course, we will require Purchase Order or other guarantee of payment).
  5. Before the course, you will receive our joining instructions containing all necessary details.

Why do the prices change?

The way our pricing policy works is quite complex as our instructors often charge different rates and a lot depends on the timing – the length of time they have to prepare for the training.
Our model could be closely compared to how airline companies manage their ticket pricing. Usually, the earlier you book, the cheaper it is. The system also optimizes the group size, so you usually have a group of two or three participants.

Does the training price include VAT?

No, and in most cases the applicable VAT rate will be added to the invoice.

Do you accept credit or debit card payment?

Yes, we do accept debit/credit card payments. If you want to pay via credit or debit card, please choose the appropriate option on the booking form.

Is lunch included in the training price?

For most  Public Training sessions taking place between 09:30 and 17:30, lunch is included in the training price.

For Individual or Closed training courses, this is stated on the quote.

Do I need to bring my own computer?

We recommend that delegates bring their own laptops. If you prefer NobleProg to provide laptops, please contact us to arrange.

How can I pay?

  • Bank Transfer (Pro-forma invoice)
  • Online Payment (Via Credit or Debit Card through WorldPay)
  • Paypal
  • Zhifubao (Alipay), UnionPay
  • Purchase Order (PO) 

What happens after the course?

  1. Each participant will be asked to fill out the training evaluation form. Your feedback is extremely important for us since we do care about the quality of our courses.
  2. You will receive the NobleProg certificate (or other) immediately after the training. You can access it through our website: Certificate Authentication.
  3. We will send you the Trainer Course Report containing summary of the course and suggestions made by the trainer.
  4. In most cases, you will be able to send further questions to the instructor after the course has finished.
